When is the best time to book a cleaning appointment?

We’re usually booked about two weeks in advance. If you need an earlier date, let us know your preferred timing and urgency - we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule via WhatsApp (+31 6 34 11 22 39) or by email. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Where in the Netherlands can I make an appointment?

At the moment, we operate only in South Holland, but we’re planning to expand soon - stay tuned!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, it’s not required. Many clients provide access instructions, and our team handles the rest securely and professionally. However, it’s helpful if you’re present at the beginning to share any specific instructions and at the end to review the results together and ensure everything meets your expectations.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, our team brings all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know in advance.

Is BlueJay HC insured?

Yes. BlueJay HC is a fully insured cleaning company, ensuring peace of mind for all our clients.

How many cleaners can I expect?

The size of the team depends on the type and scale of the service. One or two cleaners usually handle regular cleanings, while deep or move-out cleanings may require a larger team to ensure everything is completed efficiently and to our quality standards.

What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We provide regular home cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings. For special requests, such as post-renovation cleaning, please contact us directly.

You’ll receive a secure payment link by email to complete the payment.

How are your prices determined?

Our prices depend on the size of your home and the type of cleaning requested. You can request a free quote through our online form or WhatsApp.


Cancellations

Can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment via WhatsApp (+31 6 34 11 22 39) or email. Please do so at least 7 days in advance; cancellations made later may incur a fee.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a follow-up to make it right.
